Description
The sandwich panel laminator mainly consists of roll forming system and sandwich panel laminating system.
The roll forming system and the sandwich panel laminating system can nit only work together when producing the sandwich panels but also work separately when needed. The roll forming mainly consists of decoiler, roll forming unit,cut-off unit. The laminating system mainly consists of decoiler,feeding unit,squeezing unit,glue spraying unit,heating unit,laminating unit edge beading unit,edge flanging unit,grooving unit,edge trimming unit,pneumatic device,automatic cutting unit,PLC controlling system,etc. The annual production capacity of the line for one switch is about 500,000 square meters.
